GLUE-ON BLOCKS AND MODUELES

Type Z blocks, thermo, pyro and stack modules are used for the construction of oven walls, operating at temperatures above 1000°C in an oxidising atmosphere. The design of these blocks allows the metal anchor to retreat and be placed in the cold zone, as it would degrade at a high temperature in the presence of oxygen.

Glue-on modules of a thickness of 38, 50 or 75mm allow the lining of the existing walls of an oven, presenting a superficial degradation of the visible refractories generating heat loss.

This technique extends the life span of the oven and reduces its energy consumption.
